Taking care of Business Vegas Style!

No, seriously, we mean business. Did you know that Las Vegas has been voted the No. 1 destination for tradeshows 17 years in a row? (LCVA, 2011) That’s right. It’s not just the entertainment capital of the world it is also the business networking capital of the world. According to the Las Vegas Convention Authority, attendance at tradeshows and annual meetings goes up 13% when they are moved to Las Vegas and attendance goes down 7% when events are moved out of Vegas.  Why, I’m glad you asked.

The Las Vegas convention center is one of the largest and most technologically advanced convention centers. This allows large technology based shows such as CES (International Consumer Electronics Show) and ConExpo (Construction and Agriculture Show) that attract 100,000+ attendees to accommodate all of the exhibitors easily. Not to mention, Las Vegas has over 140,000 hotel and meeting rooms to accommodate large events as well as small conferences/ meetings.

Of course, exhibitors, attendees and meeting planners lover the surplus of attractions and nightlife venues that Vegas has to offer. “If you are looking to close some high end deals. Vegas is definitely where you want to go to impress clients.” says Jeff G. Managing Partner and Co-owner at Red Carpet VIP.  Red Carpet VIP has ample experience hosting small corporate parties and private events. “Many people automatically associate Vegas with bachelorette parties and college students. Business professionals use our service as a means of guaranteeing a problem free night.

It’s also an impressive show to walk your clients to the front of a 500-person line and then to the best table in the club.” Declares Jeremy Kintigh, VIP hosting specialist “It gives clients the impression you have notable connections and clients are more confident giving you their business.” Look at all the industries that will be coming to Vegas to handle their business.

Party Capital of the World: Las Vegas vs. Ibiza Island

So much has been made of the debate of party worlds between Las Vegas and the island sensation Ibiza. As Las Vegas’s premier hosting company since 2002, we figured we were more than qualified to weigh in on this debate. Let’s start at the beginning. The Las Vegas club scene has grown by leaps and bounds in the last 10 years. Hip Hop was the main music of choice in the LV clubs in the late 90’s. However, as the demand for electronic dance music increased globally so did the priorities of the Las Vegas club owners. What drives this new found desire for Electronic dance music? It just seems to be the genre of music that is most popular at this time. “In the early 90’s it was hip/hop, gangster rap, then grunge, then Pop, then Hip Hop, now the trendy music is EDM. ” Says Red Carpet VIP host Jeff Martin.

With all the clubs that have now turned their attention to EDM, many EDM fans see a definite resemblance between Ibiza Island and the Las Vegas party scene. Headlining DJs such as Tiesto, Deadmau5, Afrojack, Kaskade, Skillerex, and Avicii travel back and forth between gigs in Ibiza Island and Las Vegas. However, Las Vegas is cultivating a few DJ sensations of its own with names such as Pauly D, LMFAO, DaDa Life and DJ DLux as resident DJ in some of the hottest LV clubs. “Some people will never see Las Vegas as the EDM capital because Ibiza has held the title for so long” reflects Rich, hosting manager at Red Carpet VIP “But LV has a few things that Ibiza doesn’t really have. We have a host of celebrity appearances and the most awesome pool parties on the planet.”

The LV day club scene is becoming as big of an attraction as the LV nightlife scene. “And as it has become one of our most requested attractions, we certainly agree. LV pool parties such as Wet Republic, Encore Beach Club, and Marquee Day club and of course the formerly televised Rehab pool parties have become just as popular as the nightclubs. Pete Tong and David Guetta host resident pool parties in the summer and not to mention the constant parade of celebrity club performances and birthday parties. “This is one of the only places were you can buy a table next to your favorite celebrity on any given weekend” Red Carpet VIP office manager Kelvie mentions ” We were sitting right next to Drake at Tao last weekend. My girls from out of town were totally psyched.

In retrospect, it seems as if both Las Vegas and Ibiza Island have incredible party scenes. It is also clear that each party destination has its own unique vibe that cannot be duplicated by the other. However, with the addition of the Electric Daisy Carnival held in LV earlier this year, Las Vegas is definitely the EDM capital of the US. The world may not be far behind.

Welcome to Red Carpet VIP Hotels and Suites

Since 2002, Red Carpet VIP has been the premier hosting company in Las Vegas.  As we grow by leaps and bounds, we have expanded our concentrations to include Red Carpet VIP hotels and suites.   You may ask, with all the hotel websites, what can Red Carpet VIP hotels offer your group?

“Red Carpet VIP Hotels deals with ALL hotels in Las Vegas”

People think because we deal with VIP nightlife, that we only book high-end hotels.  This is far from the truth.  Red Carpet VIP deals with every hotel and all room types in Las Vegas.  “We do not push any specific hotel” says Lisa Red Carpet VIP hotel specialist “We work with all our clients to give them the Vegas experience they are looking for.  If you want a suite we can definitely oblige, if you want to spend $50.00/night we will find you a deal on that hotel also.”  No matter what kind of hotel you’re looking for, Red Carpet VIP hotels can get you a deal.

“We can find you a hotel deal even if you already have a hotel booked”

This is the oddest concept.  Most people won’t even look for a better hotel deal once they have already booked a hotel.  But, this is the best time to make sure that you are getting your money’s worth on your hotel.    Even if you have a reservation booked, Red Carpet VIP hotels can price check your reservation to make sure you are getting the best deal.  All you have to do is send us your current reservation.  Now, what do you do if Red Carpet VIP can get you a better deal on your hotel?  Absolutely nothing.   Red Carpet VIP hotels will take care of everything including cancelling your current reservation and booking the new reservation.  The process really can’t be any simpler.

“We are a one stop shop for everything Vegas”

There is something comforting about knowing that one company is handling all of you Las Vegas trip details.  Red Carpet VIP handles all your details from hotels, clubs, limos to special Las Vegas attractions.  “Our clients love the fact that we have this kind of pull all over the city” boasts Gary, Vice President of Concierge Services “They just have to call one number to confirm all of their reservations.  It ‘s the most convenient and hassle –free way to experience Vegas.”

“We know Vegas…I mean really”

Which hotel has the best pool?  Which hotel has a romantic atmosphere?  Which hotel has a full workout facility?  If you have never been to Vegas, or even if you have, questions like these do come up.   Who are you going to ask, the operator at the discount website who is probably not even in Nevada.  “We live here, we work here and we have been in this business longer than any other hosting company in Las Vegas.”  says Red Carpet VIP President Chris Bache  “We have established ourselves as the premier authority on Las Vegas and we take that title very seriously”  That being said, if you are looking for where to go, where to sleep or even what shows to see  Red Carpet VIP has all the answers.
