Terms and Conditions: All nightclub entries and tables are required to be at the club venue by 12AM in order to guarantee entry into the club. All pool parties entries are required to be at the club venue by 12PM. Pool tables(daybeds, cabanas etc) are required to be at the club venue by 1PM. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance of event time will be subject to a full refund unless otherwise noted on the signed contract or the terms and conditions below. We will make every attempt to provide a full refund on cancellations up to 2 hours before the time of service but in certain cases, you will be subject to pay any non-cancelable expenses we have already paid for. Example would be Encore Beach Club tables or entry only bookings into the club. A proper valid ID stating the legal age of at least 21 years of age is required. Proper dress code is also required. Intoxication Level must meet club standards (Must be sober enough to get in) Due to the popularity of Holidays (ex: Memorial Day weekend, July 4th Week, Labor Day weekend, New Years week, etc) and special events (ex Fight weekends, EDC, etc) that require advanced admission purchase we cannot provide refunds or cancellations on any event type. All sales are final for these times. If in the event Red Carpet VIP cannot provide the services indicated on the contract, all monies will be refunded and neither party will be liable for any damages. If I am a part of a group payment link I understand that my payment is part of a group payment in which a contract has been signed and agreed to by a member of your party. By making this payment, you agree to the terms as written on that contract and in these terms and conditions and agree for Red Carpet VIP Las Vegas Inc to charge your credit card. Your payment acts as your signature on the contract. All members are required to show ID and matching credit card used for payment. Red Carpet VIP Las Vegas, Inc. and Strategic Venue Marketing Inc. will not be held liable and assumes no responsibility for the actions of its clients and not be held liable and assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of personal or private property. Any legal action brought against you or the individuals in your party, relating to your or their conduct, is your responsibility. This includes disorderly conduct, physical or verbal assault, theft, narcotics (including possession, sale, or use) or drug paraphernalia, and vandalism of property. Red Carpet VIP Las Vegas, Inc. and Strategic Venue Marketing Inc. has been hired to act as Agent on your behalf and will not be held liable and assumes no responsibility for any actions of its third party constituents and for any loss, theft, damage or injury that occurs while you are using its services or any of its third party constituents including scheduled performers/talent changes/cancels and Liquor package promotions. You agree to be fully responsible for any additional incidental charges or miscellaneous expenses incurred while using the services of Red Carpet VIP Las Vegas, Inc. and Strategic Venue Marketing Inc or any of its third party constituents. Red Carpet VIP Las Vegas, Inc. does not guarantee the services provided by its third party constituents. In the circumstance where Red Carpet VIP Las Vegas, Inc. & Strategic Venue Marketing Inc. cannot provide exact table locations, table size, or club venue specifics as defined in the signed contract, a full refund will be given to client and both parties agree there is no additional responsibility or monies to compensate either party for the loss.
